義烏市XX光學(xué)儀器有限公司合作BSCI驗(yàn)廠，本次驗(yàn)廠由王老師進(jìn)行負(fù)責(zé)輔導(dǎo)。王老師通過對工廠現(xiàn)場的走訪,對于工廠提出的現(xiàn)場整改后，對相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行BSCI驗(yàn)廠的初步會議宣導(dǎo)，后期的措施跟進(jìn)落實(shí)，真正做到PDCA的循環(huán)跟進(jìn)；教會工廠基本的應(yīng)對驗(yàn)廠的技巧和措施。
