杭州XX鞋業(yè)有限公司合作BSCI驗(yàn)廠,本次驗(yàn)廠由王老師進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)。王老師通過對(duì)工廠現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的走訪,對(duì)于工廠提出的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)整改后，對(duì)相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行BSCI驗(yàn)廠的初步會(huì)議宣導(dǎo)，后期的措施跟進(jìn)落實(shí)，真正做到PDCA的循環(huán)跟進(jìn)；教會(huì)工廠基本的應(yīng)對(duì)驗(yàn)廠的技巧和措施。
