金華XX服飾有限公司合作BSCI驗(yàn)廠，本次驗(yàn)廠裴老師通過(guò)對(duì)工廠現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的走訪，初步整理出現(xiàn)場(chǎng)整改方案，并且對(duì)于工廠文件體系方面提出符合BSCI驗(yàn)廠體系文件；對(duì)于工廠提出的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)整改后，對(duì)于相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行BSCI驗(yàn)廠的初步會(huì)議宣導(dǎo)，后期的措施跟進(jìn)落實(shí)，真正做到PDCA的循環(huán)跟進(jìn)；教會(huì)工廠基本的應(yīng)對(duì)驗(yàn)廠的技巧和措施。
