磐安縣XX工藝品有限公司與康華合作BSCI驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)，本次驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)董老師通過(guò)對(duì)工廠(chǎng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的走訪(fǎng)，初步整理出現(xiàn)場(chǎng)整改方案，并且對(duì)于工廠(chǎng)文件體系方面提出符合BSCI驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)體系文件；對(duì)于工廠(chǎng)提出的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)整改后，對(duì)于相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行BSCI驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)的初步會(huì)議宣導(dǎo)，后期的措施跟進(jìn)落實(shí)，真正做到PDCA的循環(huán)跟進(jìn)；教會(huì)工廠(chǎng)基本的應(yīng)對(duì)驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)的技巧和措施。
