Target突擊驗(yàn)廠的主要內(nèi)容
我們知道，每個(gè)工廠至多有三次機(jī)會(huì)通過(guò)全球遵約驗(yàn)廠（遵從當(dāng)?shù)胤梢?guī)定與Target供應(yīng)商行為準(zhǔn)則）. 如果必須進(jìn)行第三次（最后一次機(jī)會(huì)）驗(yàn)廠， 工廠或供應(yīng)商需支付第三次驗(yàn)廠費(fèi)用。
Unannouced Factory Audit consists of 7 parts:
突擊驗(yàn)廠包含以下7項(xiàng)內(nèi)容：
1. Opening Meeting-Auditor will expain the intent of visit and the audit process.
開(kāi)始會(huì)議-審驗(yàn)員解釋驗(yàn)廠目的及驗(yàn)廠程序
2. Factory tour-General Walkthrough of the factory and dorms（if applicable）
工廠走覽-對(duì)于廠區(qū)及宿舍等進(jìn)行一般性走查
3. Employee interviews-Confidential, conducted one-to-one of in small groups.
雇員面談-秘密的， 一對(duì)一或分小組進(jìn)行面談
4. Factory management interview-Review hiring process, factory rules, work schedules, and other procedures used by factory management.
工廠管理層面談-評(píng)估雇傭程序， 工廠規(guī)章制度， 工作計(jì)劃， 以及工廠管理的其它程序。
5. Country of Origina review-Review production records and shipping records.
原產(chǎn)國(guó)審驗(yàn)-檢查生產(chǎn)記錄和運(yùn)輸記錄。
6. Closing meeting-Review any findings found during the audit with factory management. This includes detailing how to correct the issue（s） and negotiate the “correct by” date. The audit recap is signed by both the auditor and factory management
結(jié)束會(huì)議-與工廠管理層評(píng)論審驗(yàn)期間發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。 包括詳細(xì)的如何改正發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題以及協(xié)議改正日期。 然后一份“驗(yàn)廠概要”需要驗(yàn)廠員和工廠管理人員共同簽署， 且留一份拷貝于工廠。
