Lowe's及THD之3月1日合并新標(biāo)詳解!
自沃爾瑪在2月公布將用八大社會(huì)責(zé)任認(rèn)證咨詢替代其運(yùn)行多年的ES道德采購(gòu)審核后,Lowe's(勞氏)與The Home Depot(THD,家得寶)也相繼通知其供應(yīng)商。
為了避免工廠進(jìn)行重復(fù)審核,減少重復(fù)審核成本,Lowe's及THD將統(tǒng)一其社會(huì)責(zé)任審核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為“RESA",全稱為Retail Ethical Sourcing Assessment,即零售商道德采購(gòu)評(píng)估。RESA新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已于2017年3月1日正式生效。
RESA新標(biāo)分為14個(gè)審核大類,共126個(gè)審核點(diǎn),每個(gè)審核點(diǎn)均對(duì)應(yīng)著不同的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí),如下:
Denial:拒絕(高風(fēng)險(xiǎn))
RACA:Re-Audit Required(Cond Accept),需跟進(jìn)-有條件接受(中等風(fēng)險(xiǎn))
CA:Conditional Acceptance,有條件接受(低風(fēng)險(xiǎn))
INFO:Info Only,僅作信息參考
以下為具體組成架構(gòu):
高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(Denial)違規(guī):
2.04:All employees at the facility are at least 15 years old;or 14 where the local law allows such exception consistent with International Labor Organization guidelines;or the age for completing compulsory education;or the minimum age established by law in the country of manufacture.
2.05 The facility is in compliance with local laws and regulations concerning protection of juvenile/young workers.
3.02 The facility did not have any evidence of hiring the following forms of force labor:Debt-bondage,indentured,slave labor or prison labor.
3.05 The facility/outside labor agency does not keep original personnel documents such as birth certificates or passports.
3.10 Workers are allowed to leave during work hours under reasonable circumstances(ex:for personal or health emergencies).
3.11 Workers are not penalized for failing to achieve production quotas(including verbal abuse,involuntary overtime without proper compensation etc.)?
4.03 There is no evidence of verbal/physical/sexual harassment and abuse occurring in the facility.(e.g.observed at time of audit or reported by workers during interviews)
9.34 There are no"Life-Threatening"Health and Safety hazards that need to be brought to the retailers attention immediately.
10.07 There are no environmental incidents that need to be brought to the retailers attention immediately.
13.01 Auditors are granted full access to the facility,personnel,training and payroll records necessary to complete the assessment.
13.02 The facility has taken appropriate steps to prevent falsified records and documentation with respect to payroll registers,sales and accounting records.
13.03 There is no indication in the facility that workers might go on strike.
